With multiple built-in protection functions, the system helps reduce misoperation, unexpected movement, and equipment risk during crane operation.Emergency Stop Protection
In urgent situations, the operator can press the emergency stop button on the remote control. Once activated, the system can be configured to:- Return the actuator motor to neutral
- Shut off the engine
- Engage the hydraulic lock
- Stop crane movement safely
Lock Button to Prevent Misoperation
When the crane needs to pause during operation, the operator can press the lock button on the remote control. After locking:- The actuator motor stays in the neutral position
- The joystick/control lever is locked
- Accidental joystick contact will not trigger crane movement
- The crane remains stopped until operation resumes
Power Loss & Signal Loss Protection
The system is designed to respond safely if the remote control loses power or signal during operation. If power or signal is lost, the system can automatically:- Return the actuator motor to neutral
- Shut off the engine
- Engage the hydraulic lock
- Stop crane movement
Intelligent Actuator Motor Protection
The proportional actuator motor includes intelligent detection protection. If the system detects motor blockage, motor stall, excessive current, or short circuit, it can automatically return the actuator motor to neutral and stop crane movement. In serious fault conditions, the system can also be configured to shut off the engine and engage the hydraulic lock.
