Prices listed on this website, in catalogs, or in marketing materials are reference prices only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is determined at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on:

K&P Remote reserves the right to withdraw or modify any quotation at any time before formal order acceptance.

An order is considered confirmed only when K&P Remote has issued a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and the agreed deposit or full payment has been received. Submission of a purchase order by the buyer does not constitute a binding contract until acknowledged by K&P Remote in writing.

Payment terms are as specified in the applicable quotation or sales agreement. Standard terms typically require a deposit prior to production, with the balance due before shipment. K&P Remote accepts payment via bank transfer (T/T) and other methods as mutually agreed.

K&P Remote reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders in the event of payment default, fraud, or misrepresentation of information. Any costs incurred by K&P Remote prior to cancellation may be charged to the buyer.

For OEM/ODM and custom orders, additional terms including non-refundable tooling fees, minimum order quantities, and development timelines will be specified in a separate project agreement.

Delivery timelines provided by K&P Remote are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lead times may vary based on product availability, production schedule, customization requirements, and logistics conditions. K&P Remote will not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, carrier issues, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier at the agreed shipping point, unless otherwise specified in the applicable incoterms. The buyer is responsible for obtaining appropriate import licenses, paying applicable customs duties and taxes, and complying with all import regulations in the destination country.

Claims for shipping damage or loss must be submitted to K&P Remote within 7 days of receipt of goods, along with photographic evidence and the carrier's documentation. K&P Remote will work with the buyer to resolve legitimate claims in a timely manner.

K&P Remote products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in the product documentation or sales agreement.

Returns are accepted only for defective products within the warranty period and require prior written authorization from K&P Remote. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.

K&P Remote's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at K&P Remote's sole discretion. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

K&P Remote products are designed to assist in the operation of heavy machinery. The buyer and end user are solely responsible for ensuring that products are installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with all applicable safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and local laws. K&P Remote shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. K&P Remote does not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
